Great with a cuppa
Sugar free and still tastes great? Yes, that's right. Two out of three of my children loved these and I devoured a few. I couldn't resist the smell.
These flapjacks are perfect for a lunch box or alongside a cup of tea or coffee. Feel free to swap the raisins for chocolate chips or drizzle with dark chocolate.
I wanted to taste them without and they were perfect.
These flapjacks are rich in fiber which is essential for a healthy gut. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. You will need 75g mixed dried fruit. I used a bag of mango, cranberry and physylis.
