Fresh & Revitalising
This is a wakeup call for your eyes and mouth. By drinking juice you are flooding your body with vitamins and minerals. It's a quick nutritional boost. I instantly feel energised and ready for anything after drinking it.
Chard is a leafy green similar to kale and spinach. They support the immune system and reduce the risks of chronic diseases. Chard can be easily juiced, eaten raw or cooked.
This juice is full of anti-inflammatory ingredients and will make enough for one or two days depending on what type of mission you are on.
As with all freshly made juices this will separate if left over night, so shake before drinking. Store in the fridge.
Top Tip
Store all your juicing ingredients in the fridge. Juice is best served chilled.

Ingredients
6 Large chard leaves
30g of fresh ginger
1 Bulb of fennel
1 Cucumber
2 Lemons
Directions
- Roughly chop the chard.
- Cut any ugly bits from the ginger. I usually leave the skin on.
- Cut the bottom and a small bit of the top off the fennel. Then chop the fennel and cucumber roughly.
- To prepare the lemons cut the skin off.
- Juice all ingredients, drink and be well.
