A Real Spicy Betch

These small but mighty nuts are a hero in any kitchen. They are moreish, are great alone as a snack, or served with a nice drink. You can use them for an added protein punch in meals or they can be used to bring a layer of texture to soups or salads. View them as a savoury granola. Leave whole or roughly chop.

Eating nuts everyday has been linked to life longevity. They are the perfect snack or easily added to meals.

Spices have been used for centuries as medicine. It's important to incorporate them into our diets.

Here you can use whatever nuts you prefer, you will need 500g. Store in an airtight container for ultimate crunch and freshness.

These are a must in my house at Christmas time with some olives.
